GASNet-EX 2023.9.0 Release Announcement

The Pagoda project at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory is pleased to announce the latest release of GASNet-EX, now available for download from gasnet.lbl.gov. Recent changes are described in the ChangeLog.  Most notably, this release continues to improve support for the HPE Cray EX platform and especially the Slingshot-11 network.  Such improvements include bug fixes, performance enhancements, and experimental support for acceleration of remote memory access involving memory on Intel GPUs such as those used in ALCF's Aurora.  This release also adds experimental support for the AWS Elastic Fabric Adapter via the "efa" provider.
